mango cilantro salsa

a sweet and savory flavor that is perfect for summer dishes! top your favorite tacos or salmon with this delicious addition.


  • 1 ripe mango

  • 1/2 of a head of cilantro

  • 2 cups of chopped cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 lime, juiced


  • Peel and chop mangos into cubes >> this is a great video tutorial of how to chop mangos (yay for no mango waste!)

  • Chop cilantro, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Add into bowl with chopped mango

  • Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and the juice of one lime to the bowl. Finally, mix it up! 

  • Add salsa to tacos, fish, or add it to your favorite chips!
